Hauer Ranch Rock House is for rent on limited dates, for one-week and extended-stay visits. Capacity limited to four adults or a family of six. Prices available upon request, starting at $500 per night plus applicable taxes. House has one queen bed, two twin beds and one double bed.
This is a 3 level house with two bathrooms upstairs and one in the downstairs, satellite TV.
There is a two-night minimum. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Maximum of 4 adults is recommended. The main house includes 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 full bed and a rollaway upon request. There are three bathrooms. The Perch adjacent to the Rock House can be rented for an additional fee of $100 per night. It has 2 queen beds. Persons staying there need to use the toilet and kitchen facilities in the adjacent Rock House. There is no running water in the Perch but it has full heating and air-conditioning as do all our rental houses. The gas fireplace stoves in the Perch and Rock House are inoperable. There is a full kitchen in the Rock House and a barbecue grill. The house is fully equipped with linens and kitchen accessories. There is one main fire pit near the rental houses. Guests may not build fires at will on the ranch. Check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 10:30 a.m. Guests may hike around the ranch, but ATVs and mountain bikes are not allowed except on the main road. Guests may call ahead and book horseback rides if they wish. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. They may not be left unattended in the house and should be kept on leash when outside. Damage and additional cleaning charges may be assessed when necessary. Satellite wi-fi is available but slow. Satellite TV available. Telephone available. No smoking.
